GLIDE LONG DISTANCES AT FULL SPEED
A Diver Propulsion Vehicule (VPS), commonly known as a Scooter, is a vehicule designed to aid a diver´s mobility, allowing them to explore larger areas with mínimum effort moe rapidly. As with other diving techniques, learning to manouver a VPS requires intruction and practise to ensure safe handling.
The PADI ´Diver Propulsion Vehicule´ course, will help you learn the key concepts of this propulsion system; how to plan dives including procedures for staying with your buddy and learning to deal with problems or dangerous situations related to them.
UNDERWATER SCOOTERS ENABLE YOU TO COVER LONGER DISTANCES, SAVING AIR AND EFFORT.
- Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent).
- A medical statement signed by a physician within the last 24 months.
Theoretical modules where you’ll learn how to drive DPVs, resolving possible problems that may occur.
Practise dives with drives (in Almuñécar and La Herradura).
